1. Our purpose
WellDesty’s purpose is to help candidates pursue genuine work opportunities and help employers find suitable workers through a transparent, documented process. We aim to protect blue-collar candidates from fake vacancies, misleading promises, forged documents, and unauthorised intermediaries.
2. How WellDesty works to reduce fraud
For each vacancy, we aim to:
- Check the employer and vacancy using reasonable, available evidence before presenting candidates.
- Request relevant employer authorisations, demand documents, job details, and contract information where applicable.
- Screen candidates against the stated vacancy requirements before forwarding their profiles.
- Share job terms, interview stages, costs, and required documents clearly.
- Record important communications, document receipts, and payments.
- Investigate reported concerns and pause a process if material information appears suspicious.
These are careful-checking commitments, not an absolute guarantee that fraud cannot occur or that every third-party document or representation is genuine.
3. Candidate precautions
Candidates should:
- Verify that they are dealing with WellDesty through the contact details published on the official WellDesty website.
- Ask for the vacancy reference, employer name, job location, written job terms, and a written explanation of any fee before paying or submitting documents.
- Request a receipt for every payment and keep copies of all submitted documents.
- Never sign blank papers, surrender original certificates without a receipt, or hand over a passport before the job and employer have been reasonably verified.
- Contact WellDesty through its official channels if anyone claims to represent the company but asks for a personal transfer, urgent cash payment, or a fee not shown in the written terms.
- Verify the recruitment agent’s registration and the overseas job through the relevant official channels. MEA guidance advises candidates to deal with registered agents, verify the job and employer, and retain receipts. Emigration Abroad for Employment.
4. Employer and candidate document integrity
Candidates and employers must provide genuine and accurate documents. WellDesty may request additional evidence, pause a case, or decline to proceed if information cannot be verified or appears altered, duplicated, or misleading.
Where a document or representation appears fraudulent, WellDesty may notify the affected party and, where appropriate and lawful, the relevant authority. WellDesty does not guarantee or accept responsibility for losses caused by a party’s intentional fraud or false documents, except where applicable law makes WellDesty responsible for its own conduct.
5. Reporting suspected fraud
Report suspected fraud or impersonation using the official WellDesty contact details below. Include the vacancy reference, the person’s name and contact details, messages or payment instructions, and any receipts or documents. Do not send unnecessary sensitive information.
We will review reports, take reasonable steps to protect affected candidates or employers, and cooperate with relevant authorities where appropriate. 6. No guaranteed outcome
WellDesty will put reasonable effort into moving a suitable candidate through the process as promptly as circumstances allow.
